2022 Music Festival Gear (Must Haves)
When it comes to festival gear, there are some items that I would consider almost essential to thrive at events. They range from accessories, to clothes, to camping, and so much more. These are items that I never leave for the festival without. So, get your notes or bookmarks bar ready- it’s time to go shopping! Links to all items are in the pictures, or head over to my amazon store and check out the 2022 Music Festival Gear, Must Haves list.
Portable Phone Chargers
Having a reliable portable phone charger is SUPER important at festivals. Although I always recommend to use your phone battery sparingly (I can usually get my phone to last a day and a half to two days before I need to charge if I minimize use to pictures, videos, and occasional texting), you’ll eventually need it. These are the ones that I recommend:
Cup/Soda/Beer/Drink Covers
I discovered these one day when I was deep into the “shit tiktok made me buy” videos, but this gem was worth it! I’ve found these to be invaluable, especially when it comes to festivals. Who likes to spill their drink? Who feels like it’s hard to navigate a crowd when you’ve got an open drink? OR, save your drinks for later if you can’t finish them! These are great for inside of the venue or outside- use them as markers to keep an eye on which drink is yours!
Yoga Mat With Instructions
If you’ve ever been to a music festival, then you understand the importance of stretching and taking care of your muscles. It’s a marathon- not a sprint! Although most festivals have yoga workshops available throughout the event, sometimes it’s nice to not try and cram into a ‘usually’ small space with others. Or, take the opportunity to go at your own pace in your own space.
Portable Speaker
This is one item that I never fail to almost forget- every. single. year. But is one that is ALWAYS in use during festivals. I’ve found that it sucks my portable batteries when I have to re-charge portable speakers so I do my best to only bring ones that have a good battery life! The ones below are some of my favorites- not to mention they also come with great colorway options so you can get one that matches your personality!
Pocket Blanket
I don’t think I can count the number of times these guys have saved my ass. Not only do they make a great ‘something’ to sit on when you’re at the festival (esp at night when the ground is dewy), but they are also GREAT blankets to cover yourself up with when/if you get cold at night! Since they’re pocket size, it’s easy to just click them on your bag or stuff them in a pocket for later!
These are my FAVORITE music festival gear that have revolutionized my festival experiences! Not to mention, they just make stupid sense to have and are usually low-impact on your wallet if you’re conscious friendly!
